1 Week in Spain (Jan); 2 Days in Sweden (Jan 24 and 25); 4 Days in Prague (Easter); 3Days inSweden 13/15 May ;rest of time Co. Durham .Nothing frantic ,but highlights have to be the Owls.Back to Spain in June ,we encountered a Trumpeter Finch in ideal breeding habitat approx. 50 Miles N/E of Granada in S. Jaen province ,this appears to be perhaps 40/50 Miles N/W of it's indicated range and could therefore represent signs of range expansion? |
