October - yet to tally up properly, highlights are Great White Egret at Mockbeggar Lake (the unringed one) in Hants, an Aquatic Warbler at Marazion Marsh and the Rose-coloured Starling at Portland in September. Also fre flying Turkey Vulture and Bald Eagle (the eagle had jesses though)

Probably follows the punkbirder rules. Richard's Pipit, Common Crane (2), Waxwing (12), Cetti's Warbler, 3spp diver, Smew, Yellow-legged and (Caspian) Gulls, Water Pipits, loads of Woodcocks, Jack Snipe, Curlew Sand, Osprey, Scottish & Parrotbills, other scottish stuff.

Quantity not good but quality is a good year for me: Lesser Yellowlegs, 1st Chough in Avon for 65 years, White-rumped Sandpiper, White Stork, Common Rosefinch, Wryneck
