Oct 2016 - finally Yellow-footed Honeyguide after 11 years of guiding in this country. Dec 2015 produced some great highlights with Rufous-rumped Lark, Nkulengu Rail, Yellow-throated Cuckoo and Gambaga Flycatcher. Highlights on most recent tour Dec 2012 included Nimba Flyacatcher, Forest Penduline Tit, Akun Eagle Owl and Spot-breasted Ibis! Highlights on 09/10 tours were Red-fronted Antpecker, Black-collared Lovebird, Tessmann's Flycatcher & Black Spinetail

Highlights from three trips to Ghana inc Rufous Fishing Owl at Ankasa,Grasshopper Warblers at Nsuatre, four,all trapped.Rufous-rumped Lark, Togo Paradise Weaver, Red-winged Pytilia and Blue-headed Bee-eater all aound Lake Volta, while Speckle-fronted Weaver, Red-necked Falcon and Chestnut-bellied Starling seen in the north at Bolgatanga. Forth visit completed late dec 2013, trips to Mole and Kakum produced several new birds while specials at our study site near Pepease yeilded Red-fronted Antpecker and Yellow-throated Cuckoo. A coastal trip to Winneba Lagoon had hoards of mixed terns and waders inc 3 Oycs!
