Latest change 13-06-2023. Everything, but Short-tailed Albatross, Spoonbilled Sandpiper, Scalysided Merganser, Swinhoe's Rail, Slenderbilled Curlew!!, Blakiston's and Turkish Fishowl, Raso Lark, Relict Gull, Siberian White Crane, Oriental White Stork, Bourne's Heron, Crested Ibis, Chinese Crested Tern , Amami Woodcock, Rufous Headed Robin, Blackthroat and Jankowski's Bunting, Yemen endemics, Tibetan Sandgrouse and White-faced Plover, Przewalskii's Parrotbill, Siberian Grouse. Latest additions: Japanese Nightheron (late 2017) Sillem's Rosefinch (June 2018) and Omani Owl, Algerian Nuthatch and Bonin Honeyeater (feb, Mai/June. 2019), Caucasian Snowcock (2021). I do NOT count introduced species (C list) and HAVE NOT SEEN AL THE SPECIES IN the holarctic (seen Holarctic species, with the correct subspecies). I follow mostly Klim on the list of Holarctic birds (see his website under his name) with some extinct species included and of course seen outside the Holarctic, after 2016 (Klim died) I follow IOC + HBW changes. On https://observation.org/user/lifelist/10891 you see the threatened species and lokal rare species I found worthwile to mention. I only count species seen not heard. Last trip was Georgia (03/04 2021) and Cyprus (05 2021). Travelled to Western Mexico in March/April 2022 and to Northern Spain in April 2022. In 2023 did a short trip to Spain and a big trip to North-Eastern Mexico.

11 July 2023. This is a real list of birds seen in the Holarctic without recourse to introductions, many recent splits, and certainly not visits to India, sub-Saharan Africa and anywhere else north (or even south) of the equator that I felt like including. Latest trips to Western Sahara (March 2017), with Golden Nightjar, Sudan Golden Sparrow, Cricket Warbler (Longtail) and the Western Palearctic's second White-throated Bee-eater, China (April/May 2017), where among just over 20 new birds, four were seen within the Holarctic boundaries sensu Beaman; California, with eight new birds sensu Voous (thus not including Sooty Grouse, Sagebrush Sparrow and Island Scrub Jay); and Japan (Steller's Sea Eagle, Blakiston's Fish Owl, Okinawa Rail, Amami Woodcock, etc.).
