Been taking trips int N. Wales particularly on a regular basis since 1967. MANY twitches for most of the Welsh megas inc. this years(2005) Sooty T. and Green Heron; also added Gt. Reed warb. + Laughing Gull. Tragically missed Catbird, Rock Thrush and Black-eared Wheat.-- twice.

Got some great stuff over the years, particularly while at Aberystwyth Uni, where I actually started birding. I'm an annual visitor now, with most recent Welsh additions being Red Grouse and Surf Scoter at Cwnwyd and Llysfaen respectively, in November 2013.
