This trip was from 21st October to 4th November 2006. The highlights were seeing 8 species of Antpitta with another 3 heard, Bogota Rail, Santa-Marta Woodstar and Blossomcrown. We felt welcome and safe at all sites. We kept travelling in the dark to a minimum to avoid any potential problems. This trip will be run again in October 2007 with an Endemic special trip in late Jan/early Feb 2008.
