January 26-28: Bellavista Lodge and reserve.
January 29: Transport to Quito. Bus to Banos.
January 30: Bus from Banos to Tenas. Taxi to Cabanas Alinahui.
January 31: Guided hike through primary forest, Jatun Sacha Biological Reserve, Canopy Tower and Botanical Garden.
February 1: To Quito via Baeza. Flight to Cuenca.
February 2: Trip to Ingapirca: the largest Incan site in Ecuador.
February 3: Sunday markets and Carnaval festivies in Gualaceo, Chordeleg and Sig Sig.
February 4: Trip to El Cajas National Park.
February 5: Bus trip from Cuenca to Vilcabamba via Loja.
February 6: Exploring Vilcabamba and surrounding dry forest.
February 7: Trip to the "back door" of Podocarpus NP.
Febraury 8: Bus to Cuenca via Loja.
February 9: Flight to Guayaquil in the morning. Day trip to Salinas to visit ecuasal lagoons.
